A list of stores that temporarily have closed or cut hours because of coronavirus – NJ.com

As coronavirus continues to spread rapidly, tons of major retailers are taking it upon themselves to temporarily close stores or cut hours to help try and bring the pandemic to a halt.

Select retailers are continuing to pay their employees while stores are temporarily shuttered, along with offering paid sick leave.

These are the stores that have cut hours:

  • ALDI: 9 a.m.- 7 p.m.
  • Dollar General (will close an hour earlier)
  • Kohl’s: 11 a.m.- 7 p.m.
  • Sam’s Club: 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. (Mon.-Sat.)
  • Stop & Shop (most stores): 7:30 a.m.- 8 p.m.
  • Target: 8 a.m.- 9 p.m.
  • The Children’s Place (select stores; check your area)
  • Trader Joe’s: 9 a.m.- 7 p.m.
  • Walmart (and Neighborhood Markets): 6 a.m.- 11 p.m.
  • Wegmans: 6 a.m.- 11 p.m.
