BTS Jimin’s recites the intense lyrics of the old school hip-hop track Disease ahead of the release of BE: essential edition.
BTS is gearing up for the release of BE: essential edition. This is a special version and can be called a sequel to their previous album release BE deluxe edition; which released on November 20. BTS is putting out a series of ASMR style, personalised notes ahead of the release of BE: essential edition. So far, Suga, RM and Jungkook have put out notes. Jimin is the fourth member to put out notes via BigHit entertainment’s official Twitter handle.
In the 24-second clip posted by Jimin, one can see him standing at the long stretch of the terrace. The busy streets and bustling city life overlook, as Jimin is intently working on his notes. In the grainy video, you can see Jimin sincerely scribbling the lyrics “Sick and tired. But I don’t wanna mess up, Cause life goes on.” The lyrics are the bridge verses sung by BTS’ vocalists – Jimin, Jin, Jungkook and V together.
He also pauses to take a breather and overlooks the busy city life as his voiceover continues to narrate the intense and powerful lyrics of Disease. “Walk it Walk Walk it,” Jimin continually emphasizes from the lyrics, that is also a subtle message of hope and empowerment to ARMY worldwide in these testing times. Jimin is the fourth member so far to reveal his notes. The others so far have been Suga (Telepathy), RM (Life Goes On) and Jungkook (Stay).
Disease is essentially a rap song and is described as an old-school style hip-hop track. BE essential edition releases on February 19th.
